6 oz. Mediterranea Seawater Potato Chips
5 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil



  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk.
  2. Add the Mediterranea Seawater Potato Chips.
  3. Let set for 10 minutes for the eggs to hydrate the potato chips.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet to medium heat.
  5. Once heated, add the mixture of eggs and potato chips.
  6. Cook the tortilla to the desired consistency turning over as needed to golden brown both sides.
