4 tsps. Mediterranea Seawater 
4 oz. Fish broth made with Seawater (pre-prepared)
4 oz. Lime juice
2 Teaspoons of finely chopped cilantro
2 oz. Chopped red onion
1 fresh green Chile
1/2 Avocado
4 Teaspoons Olive oil
4 Shrimps
4 Scallops
4 oz. Sea Bass



  1. Mix the fish broth with lime juice and Seawater.
  2. Finely chop cilantro and onion.
  3. Chop the chile finely and add to the mixture.
  4. Dice fish not too large, peel prawn and dice, finely slice scallops and add to the mixture and let marinade at least 10 minutes.
  5. Finally add the chopped avocado and olive oil.
