1 Cup Mediterranea Seawater
3/4 lb. Penne Pasta
1 lb. Sliced Broccoli
2 Small Red Chilies
2 Chopped Garlic cloves
4 oz. Grated Parmesan
3 Tbs. Virgin Olive Oil
5 cups Tap Water



  1. Boil pasta in the Mediterranea Seawater and tap water for 11 minutes or “al dente”.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté olive oil, chopped garlic, fresh broccoli and whole chilies, stir until the flavors are well mixed and the broccoli begins to soften.
  3. Drain and combine the pasta with the vegetable mixture.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Plate and serve.
